La Dispensa is open
La Dispensa, the Principe Corsini shop in the Marsiliana Estate opens at the foot of the castle, where the oil mill once was.
The shop stocks Principe Corsini wines and oil, produced in Marsiliana and Le Corti in Chianti Classico, as well as Principe Corsini T-shirts, soap, and glasses made out of used bottles.
The old oil mill is still located next to the oil mill where the shop is situated, which is also an evocative environment where the old presses and the boiler that would make them work can still be seen.
This is where wine tasting take place, which always includes a visit to the castle, a brief trip through the history of the estate and the Corsini family.
Visits to the castle can be book by phone or via e-mail, and they include the tasting of a Principe Corsini wine of your choice.
Visiting hours for the castle, by appointment
from Monday to Friday: 13-16, 18-20; Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 13.
Shop opening hours
summer: 10-13, 16-18, closed Saturday and Sunday
winter: from 9 to 13, closed Sunday
